Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. We focus on where you are now, where you want to go, and how to build the structure, tools, and habits to get there. Therapy often focuses on healing the past, processing emotions, and treating mental health conditions.
It depends on your goals and how consistently you apply what we work on.
Coaching is personalized—we design it around you. There are no contracts, and you can continue for as long (or as little) as you need. My goal is not to keep you in coaching longer than necessary. My job is to help you build the skills to no longer need coaching.
My coaching focuses on understanding you first—before trying to change anything.
We start by getting clear on:
How you think and operate
What matters most to you (values and strengths)
What patterns or stories may be getting in your way
Because real change doesn’t come from forcing new behaviors, it comes from understanding what’s driving your current ones.
From there, we translate that insight into practical systems, habits, and actions that fit your life and actually work in the real world.
Depending on your goals, that might include:
Building executive functioning skills (planning, organization, follow-through)
Navigating career or life transitions
Rebuilding confidence and reducing self-doubt
Creating habits that are consistent and sustainable
Everything we build is personalized, simple, and designed to be used—not just understood.
