About Me
Kim Neufeld
Hi, I’m a life coach who works with teens, young adults, and professionals to get unstuck, rebuild confidence, and create sustainable change. If you’ve been feeling lost, unmotivated, overwhelmed, or unsure what’s next, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I believe coaching should feel supportive, practical, and empowering, giving you the structure, tools, accountability, and encouragement needed to reconnect with what matters most and move forward with clarity and purpose. Together, we’ll work through the patterns, fears, or uncertainty holding you back so you can build confidence, create healthier habits, and make meaningful progress one step at a time.
