About Me
Kim Neufeld
I became a life coach because I know what it feels like to be stuck — and I wanted to help others find their way through it.
I work with teens(14+), adults, and professionals who are ready for something to change, even if they're not quite sure what that looks like yet.
My approach is nurturing, straightforward, and intuitive. That means you'll always feel supported, never judged — but I won't shy away from gently challenging you either, because that's where real growth happens.
In our work together, you lead. My job is to ask the right questions, listen deeply, and help you unlock the answers that are already within you. Together we'll shine a light on the limiting beliefs holding you back, quiet the inner critic, and take small, meaningful steps toward the life you actually want.
You'll be seen. You'll be heard. And you'll be met exactly where you are.

My ICF-accredited coaching training is rooted in positive psychology, equipping me with the tools and techniques to help clients build confidence, set goals, and create meaningful, lasting change. I've furthered this with advanced training in ADHD coaching, so I bring specialized strategies to clients working through executive function and focus-related challenges.
